1. "Tapah Svadhyaya Ishavara-Pranidhana Kriya Yogah". The meaning: discipline, study, and attunement to God is Kriya Yoga. After reading and study the introduction section and Books One and Two of the Kriya Yoga Sutras reflect on this statement and respond to the following:
