What is Meditation? The Whole Picture

While we are incarnated here on Earth, meditation is the only way for us to really mature. “Whether you know it or not, this is the Garden of God,” says Goswami Kriyananda. “Everything you need or want is here. Where is this Garden of God? It is here and it is now. People spend their life trying to find heaven and the upper planes. But it’s all here, right here, deep, deep within you.” By meditation, we can find the solution we need within ourselves.
